DESCRIPTION:Ben je benieuwd naar werken met de no-dig methode en hoe voedselbosranden een toevoeging kunnen zijn op je tuinderij? En houd je van experimenteren en brouwen met microbenmengsels of compost thee? Kom dan naar dit boerenvuur waar Philip ons mee neemt in de wereld van microben\, fotonen\, mengsels en brouwsels die bijdragen aan een humusrijke bodem in zijn voedselbostuin en diepgaande inzichten mbt no-dig. \nWe wisselen met elkaar ervaringen uit over het maken van microbenmengsels\, turfvrije compost/potgrond en andere experimenten. Dit Boerenvuur biedt de uitgelezen kans om verschillende methoden te bekijken\, te ruiken en te voelen. \nDaarnaast is dit Boerenvuur ook een feestelijke afsluiting van deze bijzonder gelegen tuin waar Philip Gortemaker sinds 2018  groenten en fruit heeft geteeld. \nProgramma: \n14:00 uur: ontvangst \n14:15 uur: Rondleiding over de tuinderij waarin Philip zijn ervaringen deelt over no-dig tuinbouw en voedselbosranden. \n15:00 uur: experimenten en brouwsels bekijken en ervaringen uitwisselen over verschillende microben- en compostmengsels\, veenvrij potgrond maken en meettechnieken. Maar\, hoe zorgen we goed voor onze lichamen in een samenleving  die ons pusht altijd meer te doen\, in een systeem wat gebouwd is voor en door mannen. \nDit boerenvuur is speciaal voor vrouwen\, trans\, non-binaire en andere FLINTA* mensen die op het land werken. Onder facilitatie van body-worker en Shiatsu beoefenaar Paloma gaan we samen onderzoeken wat de impact van het boerenleven- en boerenwerk op onze lichamen is. Hoe kunnen we het werk minder zwaar maken? Hoe gaan we om met mentale of sociale druk? Hoe houden we ons lichaam op lange termijn gezond?\nEr is tijd om deze vragen in groepsverband\, alleen\, en 1-op-1 met Paloma te bespreken. \nTijdens het boerenvuur zijn er 15-min slots voor een prive-Shiatsu- sessie met Paloma. Shiatsu is een vorm van lichaamswerk waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van duimen\, vingers\, handpalmen\, ellebogen en knieën. Langdurige ondersteunende druk\, manipulatie en rekoefeningen worden toegepast langs specifieke banen (meridianen). \n14.00 Gezamelijke opening\n14.30 Samen in te tuin werken & 1-op-1 tijd met Paloma\n16.00 Vuur aan & Gesprek\n18.00 Potluck eten. \nDit evenement zal in het Engels plaatsvinden\, maar er is altijd de mogelijkheid om naar het Nederlands te vertalen.\nWil je komen\, mail dan chip@toekomstboeren.nl. Ook als je carpoolplekken zoekt of aanbiedt! \n*FLINTA* : anagram uit het duits wat voor Vrouwen\, Lesbiennes\, Intersex\, Nonbinary\, Trans & A-gender mensen staat. \n  \nOver de sessie met Paloma \nShiatsu kijkt naar de ki-stroming in het lichaam. Beoefenaars van Shiatsu kunnen behoeftes in het sympathische autonome zenuwstelsel\, hormonen\, gewrichten\, pezen en spieren gericht aanpakken. Tijdens een sessie ligt de cliënt op een matras\, met kleren aan. Er wordt geen massage olie gebruikt. Voordat de sessie begint gebruiken we 5 minuten voor een korte intake.
